Hospitality room opens approximately 1000 AM.... This is for those that arrive mid-morning for the afternoon tour. Lucas Oil Stadium Tour (location of the 2012 Super Bowl) - we will be departing the hotel a 1045 AM. The cost of the tour is either $5 or $7 dollars and is based on seniority. Additional information is available at: www.lucasoilstadium.com/tour/ After the completion of the tour that takes between 45 minutes and 1 hour, the chartered busses will take the group to MCL Restaurant and Bakery for lunch. Those not wishing to stay with the group for the afternoon Beer Brewery and/or Winery tour will be taken back to the hotel. Tour duration will dictate if we can accomplish both. We will post the approximate times of the bus schedule to for those that wish to join at mid-day. A charge of $20 per person per day is required to cover the cost of the bus. Please indicate your desire to ride the bus on the registration form.
0800 - Breakfast/Business Meeting 0930 - Indianapolis Motor Speedway Ground and Museum tour. Tour takes 1-1/2 hours and the museum an additional 45 minutes. Cost $10 - $25 depending on seniority. www.indianapolismotorspeedway.com/facility/35210 An additional tour is available for the: NCAA Hall of Champions Tour takes 1-1/2 hours and is $3 to $5 depending on seniority. Lunch at the MCL Restaurant and Bakery Those not wishing to stay with the group for the afternoon Beer Brewery and/or Winery tour will be taken back to the hotel. Tour duration will dictate if we can accomplish both. 1700 - Return to Crowne Plaza to prepare for dinner. 1600 - Hospitality Room Closes (in preparation for dinner) 1800 - Cocktail "Hour" (may be open as early as 1730) 1855 - Seating For Dinner 1900 - Color Guard Guest Speaker - BG Kevin Mangum Master Army Aviator Commanding General of the "U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command" situated at Fort Bragg, NC.
0700 - Hotel Breakfast Available on your own (The Group usually gathers around 9 AM and departs after breakfast) |
