The 2009 reunion will be held on March 7-9, 2009 at the Holiday Inn located on Broadway in downtown Louisville. The weekend will begin with a gathering on Friday night in the 4,000 square foot Hospitality Room on the upper floor. We expect an excellent turnout as our guest speaker on Saturday night is Joe Galloway. Joe was the reporter who "actively" participated in the battle portrayed in the book "We were Soldiers Once And Young" by Hal Moore. Activities on Saturday may include tours of interest in the immediate Louisville area but that has yet to be determined. More will be posted as we get close to accepting reservations. |
